Polaroid Revolutionary Workers Movement , November 1971. Original 32 pages Booklet, a pamphlet calling for boycott of Polaroid in South Africa. Illustrated with b&w drawings and photos. The Polaroid Revolutionary Workers Movement, was created in Cambridge, Massassuchets, in 1970. In November, the black workers of Polaroid Co demanded that it pull out of South Africa because of its support of the racist apartheid system and the use of Polaroid equipment to take pictures of the black people used in identification cards called passbooks. In 1976 Polaroid agreed not to sell its film and other equipment to the South African government. A scarce copy of this historical document, in very good condition.
